4.Wave Energy

Wave energy is harnessed from ocean or sea waves. Vertical motion of the surface ocean waves contains a lot of kinetic (motion) energy that is taken by wave energy technologies to do valuable tasks, for example, generation of electricity and desalinization of water, pumping of water into reservoirs. Wave power or Wave energy is essentially power drawn from waves. When wind blows across the ocean surface, it transfers the energy to the waves. These waves are powerful sources of energy. The energy output is measured by wave height, wavelength, wave speed, and water density. The more strong waves, then the more capable of power produced. The captured wave energy used for electricity generation, power plants or pumping of water. The oceans have an astounding amount of energy and are close to many if not most evaporated populations. In the world ocean energy providing the consequential amount of new Renewable energy
